Given the fact that I have always enjoyed the quality of their wallets, airpod cases, and laneyards, this bag was a TOTAL disappointment. the zipper is NOT quality. you can feel the cheapness of it. There are also several threads that have come loose around the zipper section. I just know the life span is going to be so short. Seriously, don’t buy it, unless you're gifting it to someone you don't really like. I love this company, but I was sorely disappointed and I would not recommend it.

It's cute.. but the material makes me think I could've just used my money to buy something similar and cheaper on temu/wish (maybe something even better). I got this and the crossbody bag, both in "Off White". But the colors are still different and don't match exactly. And the whole reason I got them was because I wanted them to match. The zippers are different too, but I don't care much about that, just the color difference in the fabric. Like don't name them the same options on your website if they're two different fabrics in color and texture. If anything the crossbody bag feels like it's made of better material, which is very odd. Feel like the backpack should ve made from the same material as that. Glad I waited to get these on sale so I didn't waste more of my money. Crossbody off-white is worth the buy, but not the mini backpack in my opinion. Hope this feedback doesn't get deleted and others see this and find it helpful.
