Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Amazing

    I live in NYC, this bag always super useful for always on the go. Recently I had someone try to rob me. They grabbed my strap of my bag. Trying to break it free. After a tussle, the robber finally ran. Though the bag remained in perfect condition as it was prior. It still secure even after the altercation . I promote anyone to have this bag… and I refuse to have any others. Thank you Thread.

    Girlfriend loved it
