We’re excited to announce the grand opening of Thread®'s new headquarters in downtown Provo, Utah. After two years of planning, our historic 1913 building, once a Ford dealership, has been transformed into a space for creativity, community, and innovation.
Our new HQ is more than just an office—it's designed to foster collaboration and connection. Highlights include a large event space, a Product War Room for brainstorming new designs, and open-concept offices that inspire creativity. This space embodies the passion and energy of the Thread® team and the Provo community.

Event Space: Gathering & Innovation
The new event space is dedicated to hosting creative workshops, product launches, and community events. We want it to become a hub for Provo’s creative minds, giving back and fostering collaboration.
Product War Room: Innovation Hub
Our Product War Room is where the magic happens. It's dedicated to displaying and innovating our products—like our slim wallets, lanyards, and bags—each designed to combine function and expression. Thread® was born from a need for better everyday carry items, replacing bulky, outdated wallets with sleek, bold designs. This room is where new ideas come to life.
Open-Concept Offices: Flexibility & Inspiration
Our open-concept office encourages collaboration, with flexible workspaces flooded by natural light. It’s the perfect environment for our team to connect and innovate.
Retail Space: Shop Thread® In-Person
Our retail location on Center Street lets you shop Thread® gear in person, from the Scout Utility Tote to the Sawyer Zipper Wallet. It’s more than a store—it’s a space to engage with our brand and discover new designs firsthand.
A Grand Opening Celebration
Our grand opening event on September 12th was a celebration of creativity and community. Attendees enjoyed live art from artists, Lucas Beaufort, Hannah Eddy, Terry Urbam, and Tyler Shelton as well as Jdawgs hot dogs, Rockwell Ice Cream, and live music. We featured a Customization Station, where guests personalized Thread® gear, and an open skate session hosted by Carry On Foundation, supporting mental health through action sports.

Originally built in 1913 as a Ford dealership, the building retains its historic charm while serving as a modern space for Thread®'s vision. Exposed brick walls meet sleek, modern furnishings to blend the old with the new.
