    The strap is advertised as adjustable up to 49”, but the strap I received is at least 10 inches shorter. This makes the bag basically unusable as a crossbody. The bag either falls right in the armpit or very high up on the chest (does not work for a woman with a chest). I contacted Thread with pictures of the measured strap, and they acknowledged that it was defective. However, I would have to pay additional shipping fees to return the item, since I didn’t purchase the extra $2 customer service/shipping ‘insurance’ they want to sell when you originally order. The customer should not have to pay extra for returning/exchanging a defective item. I had been excited to try Thread for the first time, but the experience has been disappointing.

    The itself bag is fine. Minimal pockets inside, but it looks cute. Unfortunately, I can’t really use it unless I wear it as a shoulder bag, which defeats the point. I’ll go back to my other crossbody brands.

    This is my third crossbody bag from Thread, and it never disappoints! Love the material, the pattern, everything about it!
